Can a bulbous Bifid Nasal tip appearance be improved using a semi-permanent filler or is surgery the only option? (photo)

I have a bulbous nose tip with a pronounced linear indentation and would like to improve its appearance. I'm interested in a Non-surgical Rhinoplasty because of problems with General anesthesia gas and the cost of surgery. I want to invest into a " semi-permanent" fix by using Bellafill, Silikon 1000,or Aquamid. Thank You
