Non surgical option to lengthen over rotated nose? (Photos)

The short answer to your question is that experienced aesthetic physicians routinely use nonsurgical nose jobs to improve nasal tip projection. I am not much of a fan of permanent fillers, such as silicone, Bio-Alkamid or Bellafill, since permanent fillers can tramslate into the nightmare of permanent complications if the results prove undesirable or if nodules or granulomas occur either soon after treatment or even many years later--especially since these problems often cannot be easily treated, even with surgical removal. You should be aware that prior surgical rhinoplasty can affect the vasculature of the nose and caution must be exercised, even by the most experienced injectors, when performing any subsequent procedures, including the use of fillers, to avoid the problem of tissue necrosis and scarring. Your physician might consider using dilute anesthetic solution or plain salt solution as a test to show you real-world style how your results might look with the use of fillers. My choice of actual filler for this purpose in my Upper East Side Manhattan office would be Restylane Lyft and in my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved fillers are available, Hyaluronica 2. Make sure that you seek consultation and treatment by a board certified aesthetic physician with experience and expertise in performing nonsurgical nose jobs. It is possible to slightly lengthen or at least give the appearance of a longer looking nose by using fillers. I would consult with a local facial plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns. A small amount of filler in the nasofrontal angle area and the under tip area can help with this.
