I had rhinoplasty a few years ago, and although I'm pretty happy with the results, I feel like my nose is now slightly over rotated and pig-like. I understand that drastically change can only achieved with a surgical option. However, I'm not looking for drastic change but hopefully a slight improvement in tip length and rotation. Do you think it works be possible to achieve this with silicon injections? In the pictures I have an inviting from a recent lip lift that's still healing. Thanks!
