Answer: Temple filler Temple filler can look amazing, and really balance the face. Each provider will likely have a preference for a filler in this area. I prefer Juverderm Ultra +. Another option that I love is Sculptra, however this will take time to see the results.

Answer: Temple filler Temple filler is lovely (if done right)! You can really use anything here. I like restylane-L (classic) because I think it is the safest but I have seen others use Voluma, defyne.

Answer: Best Fillers for Temple Volume Loss: Sculptra vs. Juvederm Voluma For volume loss in the temple area, both Sculptra and Juvederm Voluma are excellent options. Sculptra is a biostimulator that stimulates collagen production over time, offering gradual, natural volume restoration. It works well for restoring deeper volume loss and provides a long-lasting, subtle lift. Juvederm Voluma, on the other hand, is a thicker hyaluronic acid-based filler that provides immediate, noticeable volume and is ideal for more precise contouring in the temple area. Both options can help restore the volume lost in the temples, which in turn can prevent the eyebrow tail from disappearing and create a more balanced, youthful appearance. For the best results and safety, it’s important to seek a board-certified provider who specializes in facial aesthetics. They can assess your individual needs and help determine the most suitable treatment for you.

Answer: Temple Filler Hi @melbythesea, The temple area is an off-label treatment area of filler. Therefore each provider will recommend a different product based on what works well in their hands. There is no best product of FDA approved filler for this area. Best of luck, Dr. Ghazizadeh
