What filler would you use in the temple area?

Lots of volume lost in the temple area. When I look straight at myself in he mirror one of my eyebrow tails disappears.

Temple filler is lovely (if done right)! You can really use anything here. I like restylane-L (classic) because I think it is the safest but I have seen others use Voluma, defyne.

Temple filler can look amazing, and really balance the face. Each provider will likely have a preference for a filler in this area. I prefer Juverderm Ultra +. Another option that I love is Sculptra, however this will take time to see the results.

In my personal opinion, the best way to fill out the hollow temples is with your own fat. Fat grafting when done by an expert in fat grafting, produces natural practically permanent results. You also have fillers such a sculptra and radiesse, which can also be used in this area. The truth is almost any filler can be used, but as long as it’s done by someone with experience.
