Is it normal to have a fever after lpo?

I had a light lipo on outer thighs and flank 10 days ago, only about 500cc. I was on antibotics and pain medication until yesterday and today I start feeling very tired and feverish. Is this normal? Some part of my body also have flaking skin. Does it have anything to do with the surgery?
