With so much bruising, it sounds like your surgery was quite traumatic for you. You are still recovering and your body is using all of its energy to repair itself. That's why you're so tired. But I think you should see your surgeon just in case there's nothing abnormal. 

The determination is made by physical examination and experience. Fat can be felt throught the skin. Certain areas do not normally store extra fat, and can be used as a benchmark for skin thinkness. Other areas, that tend to store fat disporportionately, can be compared to the "normal" skin...

The quote you have received for two areas of liposuction seems extremely high. The facility fee would suggest that the operation is going to take a number of hours. You might want to get another opinion.

            I think that you will need to be examined, because the pictures suggest that skin laxity after liposuction may be an issue.  Conservative liposuction can always be performed, but this will probably not give you the result...

If you pinch in area which doubles up the skin and subcutaneous fat and is more than an inch liposuction will probably help. This is a rough rule of thumb but useful tool.

Liposuction addresses fat above the muscle layer of the abdomen. Weight gain in this layer is a very small part of pregnancy. When and how much someone shows can be very different from pregnancy to pregnancy. The liposuction really doesn't have anything to do with it.
