Fat on butts causes the irregular simple appearances. Botox works on muscle. Botox needles won’t even reach your butt muscles AND the fat layers on butts are too thick or too much to even have an effect. Exercise such as squats is your best bet to tone your buttocks.

Botox for butt dimples is not likely to be much help. The dimples are there when resting and aren't from muscles contracting. Botox works on actively contracting muscles so I would try another therapy.Best of luck to you.
