Hopefully you can see it in the images below. Recently I noticed that one eye is smaller than the other. It’s really noticeable in person. Any ideas on what it could be? I’m very insecure about it.

Lower lid bleph. Can't tell from photo -- best pic is looking up to see if there are prominent fat pads. If there are, then I would remove them, too.
