I still have bags & puffiness a year later - lower blepharoplasty revision? (Photos)

I had a lower blepharoplasty with fat removal on March 7, 2023. I feel I still have the bags and puffiness a year later. I addressed my concerns and the occular surgeon suggested a skin pinch in that area. I went ahead with the skin pinch, but I feel there is still no improvement for my eye puffiness. Am I being too picky? My skin pinch was on March 12, 2024.
