For cheek augmentation the best choice for you is going to be implants. Fat injections can not achieve good angular definition and make not take well or last in a face like yours. You could combine cheek implants with a subtotal buccal lipectomy which will help make the transition from the cheek to the rest of the face more defined which is a key objective of yours.
