Dents on Cheeks, How To Fix?

Question

Sir my age is 21 and i have deep dents on my cheeks overall my face is very fat now.i have taking very good diet since 7 months.everything is ok and overall i am gaining weight but i m not gaining weight on cheeks as shown in pic.sir plz recommend any permanent solution?

Most indentations in the face can be improved by a procedure called fat grafting. When undergoing a fat grafting procedure, a minor Liposuction is performed from either the flanks or waist. Then the fat is processed and injected into your face. The injections are done in separate sessions to build up the desired look. Be sure to consult with a Board Certified Facial Plastic or Plastic Surgeon when scheduling surgery.

I would fix the dents permanently with first fillers to see if it is the look you like. If so, then fix the dents with fat transfer with regenerative cells to increase the probability of a fat "take".

The only option to treat facial/cheek indentations would be fat grafting. I doubt if you would be able to make them go completely away but they could be reduced significantly.

You can always consider fat grafting to fill in 'defects' but you mention your face as 'fat'... you really need to see a local surgeon for all of your options. If your dents resulted from scars, they are more difficult to repair. An exam would be needed to fully evaluate your concerns and your surrounding tissues.
