How Much Physical Pressure Can Cause Fat Cell Death?

I have been doing massages around the eye area and in the sockets using quite hard firm pressure. I noticed that my eyes seem to have lost some fat around them. I was wonderiing how much pressure would you need to apply to damage and kill the fat cells around the eyes? can will the fat be able to come back?

Yes, fat transfer can definitely help improve the results.  Additional lipo of ares around the depression may be required as well.  Usually more than one session is required for optimal results.

Acne scars is very problematic because the skin is anchored to the deeper connective tissue by scar. Successful treatment is only occasional in involves release of the scar with intervening placement of material. This doesn't really work well with any filler including fat.
