Hi I have a dent on my right leg, I always it was cellulite but someone said maybe I hit myself somehow and left a dent. I had it ever since I can remember. I healthy super healthy and do strength training 6 times a week, the little cellulite I had on my other leg is gone my this dent just doesn't look any different. Is it cellulite or damaged muscle/tissue? And could it be fixed? How much would it cost me?

Answer: Fat Injections for Dents
Yes, in most cases, fat injections can help smooth dents in other places in the body. In most cases, the dents can be made less deep and less obvious. Fat is harvested through a mini liposuction technique. The fat cells are then purified in a centrifuge and injected in the area of the dent.
Good Luck.

Answer: Dent
Dear patient, It is difficult to make a full evaluation with just one photo. I believe that there is a small possibility that you have a skin condition called Morphea. It is not dangerous but you should see a Dermatologist for a full evaluation and treatment. Trauma can cause dents but this would be a very un-usual place for you to get trauma that caused fat necrosis and not remember the event. Fat atrophy from trauma also does not cause the discoloration that I see in the photo. Is the skin a little hard to touch? Once you have ruled out Morphea we can start addressing the dent. Fat transfer with PRP is a great way to fix the problem. Downtime is minimal (2-3 days) and cost is about $1500
