How can I get that look in a way that stays for a bit longer? Would a second fat grafting increase the amount / build on it? Or would another procedure / injections be better? I loved the natural facial fat look.

My first hand experience has been that fillers work much better in small precise areas like the nasal labial fold. Fat transfer works reasonably well to give a diffuse overall volume but is not nearly as good as fillers for precise treatments like a specific fold or wrinkle.
