...a newer technology called Facetite/Accutite is a good alternative for you since you do not have pronounced neck bands or skin laxity. This is a minimally invasive device that can be used to tighten skin through small needle holes without the need for extensive incisions, with minimal downtime. THe results aren't quite as good as a surgical face and neck lift, but at half the cost and a fraction of the downtime (2-4 days for most patients), its definitely a good option to consider, especially when your neck laxity is mild to moderate, like yours is.

While volumizing the face in the right areas can provide tightening effects on the face, the potential of this will need to be decided for each case individually. It is possible that the amount of excess, sagging skin on the face cannot be improved much by volumizing the face alone and a lifting procedure may be needed. With significant neck sagging you would need a neck/face lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). at the same time lasers (fraxel,  co2 or erbium( or microneedling RF (fractora, intensif) can be . performed to improve the crepe skin or wrinkles.  You need a formal consultation, as the neck can be treated with a combination approach:
1. micro needling and lasers for texture
2. botox, disport or xeomin to help platysmal bands
3. intensif or fractora RF microneedling for crepe skin and lifting
4. fillers like belotero, restylane silk, juvederm volbella to improve lines and folds

You seem to be a great candidate for the mini V lift. It will improve your neck, jowls and cheeks. Minimal time off and done under local at the office. Call for a consultation

Based on presented photos, it seems that you are good candidate for neck lift and, possibly (unable to see your cheeks and area around eyes) fat grafting. Only on the basis of in person evaluation one could decide whether face/neck or just neck lift would be a better solution for you. Good luck.

Based on your photos- it appears that you would benefit from face/neck lift with muscle tightening. That's the only reliable way to get rid of excess skin and repair the loose muscle, which will produce a long lasting result-in the right hands. I appreciate your concerns and desires and while facial fat grafting will modestly fill in areas of the face that have sunken overtime, it appears from your photos that a mini facelift is probably a better, more effective, long-term option.
My favorite technique is the MACS short scar Mini-Facelift. Developed in Europe, it is the ideal approach for the younger patient, not ready for a full facelift, or patients who desire a less invasive procedure with a shorter recovery time. It addresses both the mid face area (especially the jowls) as well as the neck, if needed. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to explore the best options for you. Good luck.

Fat grafting to the face is a great option for permanent and long lasting volume to restore deficits that occur with facial aging. However, you will not get any tightening to the mild skin laxity of your neck. Adjunctive procedures to improve this at the time of the fat grafting could be radiofrequency heating (ThermiTight) to the neck or ultrasound treatments like Ulthera. These would be other options to explore that could potentially be done at the same time as a fat grafting. Obviously, a neck lift will be the best overall result and the fat grafting could be at performed along with that for improved aesthetic results. Good luck.

Unfortunately, the answer is no. Fat grafting will not tighten the skin, it will expand it. Facelift with high definition VASER liposuction is likely your best option to resolve this issue.
