Nasal bone shifted? Or swelling? (photos)

GoLions123
Formal Rhinoplasty/Septoplasty was done exactly 3-1/2 weeks ago. My hump was removed and they were suppose to fix my deviated septum. As I run my fingers down my nose it feels/looks crooked. ( / ) My doctor stated that he made very boney/unique cuts preventing it from shifting (so I should be ok), not to mention I was very careful these past 3 weeks but I am still very worried. My question is, could this just be swelling or is there a possibility that my nasal bone shifted over?
