Is Clear and Brilliant recommended for under the eyes and for a thin face with fat transfers?

Question

I have a thin face and have had fat transfers under my eyes, in the marionette lines and temples. Is there a down side to having Clear & Brilliant treatments with this in mind? Is the treatment recommended for under the eyes?

The Clear and Brilliant's treatment depth is limited to the upper layers of the skin and will not interfere with the fat transfer results. You may certainly benefit from a series of Clear and Brilliant treatments to soften fine lines and improve skin tone in the under eye area.

Clear + Brilliant is a safe and effective laser treatment for all skin types and is particularly effective in treating under the eyes to improve the appearance of fine lines, skin tone and texture.
The treatment will not interfere with your recent fat transfer. In fact, I recommend laser resurfacing such as Clear + Brilliant to all of my facial rejuvenation patients to maximize their results.

Yes, you can have Clear + Brilliant treatment with a history of facial fat transfer. The Clear + Brilliant will not affect the fat. I do commonly perform the Clear + Brilliant around the eyes. It helps with fine lines, texture and early signs of aging around the eyes. Good luck.

Absolutely, the Clear and Brilliant in the 1927 wavelength is essentially a mini-Fraxel, and is ideal for around the eyes. In fact for this area we perform extra treatments to help reduce fine lines and improve skin texture.
