I would consider a PicoSure Focus laser treatment to address your stubborn acne scarring. C + B is not a scar revision laser. It doesn't penetrate deep enough to level scars the way a C02 non-ablative laser does. I would consider fraxel or RF-based devices. Best.

The Clear + Brilliant is a type of Fraxel laser. It additionally has a pigmentation attachment that can even out melanin. In your case it can help some, so would be worth a try.

Thank you for your question.  The C+B is a fantastic device for skin texture changes and light resurfacing, but I am not sure you will see results, if the Fraxel Dual did not help it as they are similar devices, with the C+B affectionately known as "the baby fraxel."  You could consider combination therapy of the C+B 4 passes each direction instead of 2 with microneedling or possibly even Aquagold at the same time.  Additionally, you should be on an excellent skin care regiment include sunscreen and a topical retinoid and typically a series of chemical peels.  You may also consider a biostimulator like Sculptra, Novathreads or possibly Bellafill.  Lastly, you could consider Dermabrasion depending upon how aggressive you want to be.  Regards, Dr. Matt Elias

C and B is not the answer - it is actually a Fraxel with 1/4 the energy levels. Do NOT waste money in this application.
