I am 52 and have very large pores and fine (and deep!) lines, I have no dark spots or pigmentation on my skin. I also get rosacea breakouts on my nose. In a perfect world I would also got a collagen boost and my sagging jowls lifted!!
I received a Clear and Brilliant treatment a couple of months ago and loved the results minus one area on my chin that appeared to have an open wound/scabbing/and drainage less than 24 hours after the treatment! I just wanted to know what happened? Provider/rep/and clinical team could not figure it out. No retinols/acids/medications used prior, skin was clean before treatment, # of overpasses were correct. Any guesses? I will attach a photo too.
Dear Doctors of RealSelf, Hello and thank you very much for your time. My question is concerning the Alma Clearlift Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser facelift procedure, also referred to as the Harmony XL Pro. I have been unable to find any information about potential beard hair loss from the search engine but my concern is that I may experience stunting or potential death of hair follicles upon undergoing this procedure. Please educate me if this is a potential side effect. Thank you very much.
Hi! Im in my mid 30s and interested in getting BBL with Clear and Brilliant together for my pores and hyperpigmentation. I had BBL with Halo before which worked well but Halo just hurt too much and I prefer something with less downtime. Can I do BBL with Clear and Brilliant? And precaution I need do to prevent post-inflammation/laser hyperpigmentation beside sunscreen? Thank you!
Ive done 6 sessions of the Permea Clear and Brilliant for melasma. Looking at the before and after, my melasma has faded a little, but its minimal - especially given the price. Im curious if you recommend I keep treating monthly to see if the fading continues or if I should space them out longer to see if that helps?
