It would be safe to get Bellafill and get a facelift. Bellafill is a great option for acne scarring. You could also consider laser resurfacing along with a facelift to improve the acne scars.
A facelift one year after bellafill or other fillers should be safe. By this time tissue healing has occurred and a skilled surgeon should be able to perform a facelift without issue.
The answer depends on who is doing the Bellafill, their level of expertise, and the areas being injected. The general answer is "yes", but since Bellafill is a permanent substance made from polymethylmethacrylate, making it a double edged sword.
In my opinion, it would be fine to have Bellafill used to treat acne scars and then have a facelift in the future. When Bellafill is used to treat acne scars, it is placed very superficially. The surgical plane for a facelift is much deeper, so the Bellafill should not affect the facelift surgery.
For acne, Bellafill is injected into the deep dermis, which should not affect any facelift technique. It can be argued that it would decrease elasticity and negate any pulling of the skin, but that should be negligible.
Plastic surgeons commonly perform facelifts in patients with prior filler. It has never been a problem in my experience so there should be no need for concern
Facelift following intradermal fillers is safe. We recommend discussing your individual concerns with your injector and surgeon.
Hi there! Assuming you don't have a reaction to the Bellafill, you should be fine. Sometimes, there can be robust inflammation and nodules which develop. They can be treated with time, massaging, and steroids for resolution - though, they don't always go away. This doesn't preclude you from surgery, but it may make the procedure more difficult. Hope this helps!
Dear Christalent, Bellafill is an injected collagen-plastic microsphere use to fill the volume deformity of lines and scars in the dermal skin. Facelifting occurs deeper in the fatty and muscle/aponeurosis layers under the skin. If there is no infection / inflammation from the injectables, you have excess skin to remove and you are otherwise healthy, it is safe to proceed with a facelift. All the best!
It's always best check with your operative surgeon, but it should not be a problem having a facelift after filler injection
There is no full face photo so I can't comment on the lift. However, with adequate volume replacement, you may not need the lower bleph.

Dear Ana1227, After looking at the pictures you have attached it is recommended to have a physical examination to further exam your skin. Such fillers tend to stretch out the skin and after a time period when they dissolve it leads to saggy skin which you seem to be experiencing now. A...
