Pseudo-sagging/jowls present when smiling? Options? (Photo)

After looking at the pictures you have attached it is recommended to have a physical examination to further exam your skin. Such fillers tend to stretch out the skin and after a time period when they dissolve it leads to saggy skin which you seem to be experiencing now. A potential solution can be to find an expert doctor to address the sagging jowl possibly with midface lift which would be better if its a scarless procedure, and before the permanent midface lift procedure I recommend to dissolve the previous fillers like in your case sculptra fillers. Thank-you for your question! Fillers and surgeries on the jaw can interfere with contours and dynamics of the face. I would recommend an MRI with a careful physical examination by your Plastic surgeon with an assessment of where and how many fillers were injected before planning any further treatment. Skin excision or a lower face lift may help as will non surgical treatments. All the best!

The best option is a mini facelift to take up this excess skin. You should be near your ideal body weight before this so you do not have relapse if you do loose weight in the future.

You have a tremendous amount of bulk to your lower cheeks. It would be good to tighten that bulk. It’s best to have a personal consultation to determine if a lift would help.
