Hi Ive had a 8mm genio, chin shaving,jaw implants, lots of sculptra ... yet I have the look of sagging skin when I smile. At rest my skin doesnt look or feel saggy. I dont have any extra skin that could be excised, I think. How can I treat this issue? It makes me appear much older when I smile and its troubling me. Thanks!

Answer: Jowls while smiling Thank-you for your question! Fillers and surgeries on the jaw can interfere with contours and dynamics of the face. I would recommend an MRI with a careful physical examination by your Plastic surgeon with an assessment of where and how many fillers were injected before planning any further treatment. Skin excision or a lower face lift may help as will non surgical treatments. All the best!
