I would like to change this physical characteristic . Without any choice I was born to genetically defiant parents. So my mind is completely different physicality reflects, What I am looking for is changing outer physique to matching mental image of self. So for my wishes to face area, is to change nose shape to much longer and narrower one with sharp edges, reducing maxillary prognathism by 2cm. , increasing the chin by 3cm forward. straighten teeth , How much this whole operation would cost?
