Whenever I smile, the skin under my eyes crinkle up and make my eyes look smaller/squintier? Could a lower blepharoplasty fix this or maybe even under eye filler or fat transfer ? Thank you!

There is a distinct crease on the lower eyelid that may be corrected by attenuation of the lower orbicularis fibers along the orbital rim. I would combine this with mild fat transfer.
