Is it possible to achieve this eye shape with revision bleph + ptosis? (Photo)

Question

I got an incisional blepharoplasty 3months ago, but I am unsatisfied with the results because I realized that the double eyelid crease height does not suit me and the semi- circle -like eye shape is not of my liking. I am wondering if a combo of revision blep and ptosis can make the current double eyelid crease into a hidden one and contour my eyes into an oval shape. My desired result would resemble the pre-surgery photo.

It seems like you may prefer your full upper eyelids rather than the double eyelid that was achieved. Please correct me if I am wrong. To recreate the look, a micro ptosis procedure may give you back the look you want. The natural consequence would be a more open eyelid appearance.

I always warn patients who don't have a crease and want one created that it is nearly impossible to undo the crease. It can be raised but not undone.
