My right eyebrow involuntarily moves upward and can make me look angry. Can Botox fix this? (photo)

My right eyebrow moves up involuntary. A lot of times I seem to have no control over that muscle. I thought it was anxiety at first but that happens even when I'm relaxed. It does affect my facial symmetry besides making me look weird. I've been putting my hair over it so it's not noticeable, however I can feel that muscle pulling the brows upwards and it gets uncomfortable. Could botox fix this issue? And for the mean is there something that I can apply topically to relax the muscle?
