Hello,I'm 36 and would like to improve my under eye area. I have white stubborn bumps that looks like syringoma and very deep eye bags. I had 6 sessions of electrolysis but no change. Would lower lid blepharoplasty help with the loose under eye skin? Thank you
Answer: Syringomas The best way to treat a syringoma is to core it out with a CO2 laser. So you need to find someone who has a CO2 laser for cutting - not just resurfacing. Many surgeons will use this laser to cut the skin during a blepharoplasty. You get a small scab for a few days, but then it heals over nicely. Some HA filler into the tear trough after the treatment would help improve the dark circles.

Answer: Treatment of syringomas and dark circles Thank you for your question. Both syringomas and dark circles can be challenging conditions to treat. However there are times when aggressive laser resurfacing, sometimes in conjunction with surgery, can produce excellent results. I strongly suggest consultation with a surgeon who is highly experienced in aesthetic eyelid rejuvenation and is equally comfortable using lasers and surgical techniques. Best of luck.

Because these are similar to the iceberg analogy the deeper component is larger than the superficial so that the evaporation needs to be very thorough. There will be minor crusts for a few days and some redness. Generally speaking scars are unlikely.Usually due to the transparency of the eyelid where the circulation of the parish hollow orbicularis muscle is seen through the skin. There are other causes which are less likely including shadows from the bags which this patient has. Removal of the fat and laser the eyelids along with evaporation of the syringoma would be recommended.
