I recommend you do the explantation as soon as possible. The old incision can be used to remove the implants and then wear a compressive bra for about 6 months. At that time, you an reassess the appearance of the scar and may require a revision or you may require a donut areola incision to lift the breasts higher.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your implants. You can elect to have them removed at any time. Because you have had them in for such a short period of time they will likely retract to a look similar to what you had prior to augmentation. You will need to discuss your goals for your breast crease with your surgeon so that it is addressed during surgery.

It really depends on your surgeon's technique, and it is important that you discuss this with them in detail. Otherwise they are going to do what they want to do, and they may just pop out your implants and go on their merry way.

Ultimately due to the quality of your skin I would expect your tissues to shrink well and your incisions to be where your original surgeon placed them prior to the augmentation. Hope this helps.

it is hard to tell for sure but your new breast crease will probably stay after you remove implants. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
