I had 500cc silicone breast implants put in almost a year ago.They look great no issues.But they are heavier and not as uncomfortable as I expected and would like to explant.However am I worried they will look deformed.Can I remove with no lift and look how I did before surgery?I had no issues before just wanted more fullness

I would think the two infections were not related due to the time span between each. However, a small amount of bacteria from the first might have contaminated your implant in a small dose which gradually grew to the second infection. More often, the second infection followed a dental...
Yes, you can switch your implants. I would suggest goin back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns. In reconstruction, the more tissue you have, the better the implants feel.

That would be ridiculous for a surgeon to tell a patient not to have their implants removed. Remove the capsules, implants, and any residual silicone- that is the correct way forward!
