Can I remove my 500cc implants with no lift?

500 cc implants are quite large and it is highly likely that your skin will hang. The technique I recommend is explantation with a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, the implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you might need a breast lift after the removal of implants. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

An in person examination is best, but as the implants are large you may find a better result with a lift. The skin has likely stretched out to a degree to accommodate for the implants and when they are removed your breasts may appear somewhat flat and empty.
