I had breast reconstruction following a mastectomy 4 1/2 years ago. The implants, Allergan Natrelle Inspir, look fine, but I am so self-conscious of how hard they are that I find myself hugging with my shoulder hunched forward so no one can feel them. A friend had a similar surgery but got the Mentor MemoryGel implants and her's feel so natural! Far softer than mine. Are they different? Could I switch?
