I had 375cc saline breast implants for 7 years, removed in my early 30s and was quite happy. Convinced myself at 41 that silicone would be different...so 2 years ago I got 330cc silicone implants and a donut mastopexy. I want the implants removed (again!) but wonder if having had a donut mastopexy will complicate the end result in any way I should be aware of? Thanks!

Getting only the implant shells removed under local anesthesia is a safe option as long as you have clearance from your OB/GYN. Best wishes with your pregnancy.
