Because there is not a photograph, I am unable to give you any advice as to how to proceed. I would however suggest that you consult a second gynecologist to get a definitive answer as to what is on your vulva.

It is very difficult to make a comment without an examination, the piece of flesh may be due to the hymen residue or it may be a polyp attached to the urinary tract. They can usually be surgically removed.

You need an exam to see what this skin growth is and what can be done about it. Surgery might be an option, but no way to tell without seeing the growth. Not all obgyns are experts in vaginal surgery - believe it or not!

I'm not clear on what you are describing, but a photo would have been helpful. IT could be a number of things that could likely be corrected. Seek out urogynecologist for a second opinion.

Please consider O-shot - it involves injecting PRP in the G spot - located about 1 cm from urethra inside vaginal canal - might be close to the area you are describing. PRP can be healing, it helps where surgery cannot and many women have found relief from recurrent UTIs. You cannot harm anything if PRP is injected in the vaginal canal so risk and side effects are minimal.
