Help with skin changes around vagina. What can I do? (Photo)

Since getting laser a couple years ago the skin around my vagina has changed so much. It got darker and now I see this. I’m not sure what is going on. Please help

You need your problematic stitches removed. They aren't going to go away. Any gynecologist should be able to do this. A good one should be able to do it in the office.
