I am 36yrs old, 5'2 and 108lbs. I go to the gym 4-5 times per week and struggle with a little poochiness around my bellybutton and a handful of fluff on my upper inner thighs that just won't go away. After consulting with my wonderful sister and looking up several alternative procedures, I decided to try Sculpsure.
2 sessions 6-8 weeks apart were recommended, applying three paddles on my belly (to vertically placed along side my belly button and one horizontally placed above my belly button) and two side by side paddles on each of my upper thigh areas (vertically placed).
I just completed my first session. It hurt like heck. My wonderful doctor offers complimentary nitrous-oxide (laughing gas)!
The upper thigh areas were much more painful during the treatment than my stomach. However, free the treatment the left side of my stomach feels very sensitive as if I was slapped very hard. The pain feels like a very hot tens-unit. It is a very weird sensation. There are different intensity levels and we started on the lowest and built towards my max tolerance.
As of now, just three hours after treatment, I feel ok except for the sensitive area in my stomach. I can't feel any lumps or nodules and I've taken in about 24 oz of water since I left the office. I also massaged the areas and did 10-15 mins of rebounding (trampoline) which is supposed to be good for your lymphatic system and drainage. I figure it can't hurt!
I'll definitely post more as time goes on. I decided to wait the full 12 weeks for the second session just to be sure all the dead fat cells had enough time to be fully eliminated.

Welll, it's been about 24 hours and I feel great today in all the areas that received the sculpsure treatment EXCEPT left side of my stomach where it felt like I had been slapped.
Yesterday, when we began treatment, the plate that started on the right side of my stomach was super painful. Thinking maybe one side of the body is more sensitive, we switched the plate over to the left side. It did not help at all however.
The area under that plate that caused a lot more sensitivity than the others is exactly where I am feeling pain today. I'm pretty sure I feel what they call a "fat nodule" under that area too. It is uncomfortable even to the slightest of pressure and it's about the size of the tip of my thumb. I have been massaging that problem spot at least 5 times today. Only that particular area is slightly swollen as well.
I'm hoping the weird sensitivity, swelling and soft nodule will go away with time. The size/densitiy of the nodule is better tonight than this morning but the pain is still pretty sensitive and I think the swelling increased throughout the day.
As recommended, I've taken about 8 oz of water per waking hour! That is a lot of water! and I've been doing lots of massaging. I hit the gym hard this morning and will do some more rebounding tonight.

I went in yesterday for a Sculpsure treatment and I just have to say that Dr. Cernaianu made an uncomfortable treatment as pleasant as possible. She is so down to earth and nice. I appreciated her expertise, attention to every little detail and overall concern about my discomfort during the process.
The doctor and her staff were all wonderful and so helpful, thank you! I highly recommend this office!

These are my before pictures.
I am 1 week post sculpsure and I have developed several small fat nodules in all the areas that were treated. At first I was really worried about it but I have come to recognize that it’s a good thing! When I do massage I feel these very sore squishy lumps, no bigger than my thumb nail under my skin. When I massage aggressively I can actually feel them shrink or disappear altogether.
My body is collecting the dead fat cells and as long as I massage those areas really well a couple times per days, drink lots of water and exercise, they go away!
I have not seen significant results yet. Actually the opposite. I feel just a bit swollen which kind of stinks. I’ll post an update at 6 weeks.

I can see a minor difference. I was told I needed at least two, possibly up to 3, treatments. So, I guess that makes sense. What do you guys think?

It was explained I would need three treatments. It was just so painful that one time I couldn’t bring myself to return for two more sessions! From what I can tell, it didn’t make a difference at all, but I guess that’s to be expected since I never went back.
