I've undergone 4 septorhiniplastys now and I'm finally at a point where I'm breathing so much better. However my nose always takes on this odd c shape. It always looks fine for a while after surgery but then eventually it will go back to its originally shape. I'm wondering what I can do to correct the c shaped look on the right side. I've considered fillers.
