  There will be extensive scar tissue present in the nose, so this will be a very difficult procedure in order to get the nose straight.   Is important to understand the risk versus benefit ratio. It is important to know how much cartilage is left over on the inside of the nose for potential grafting purposes.  To straighten the crooked nose usually requires a spreader graft placed underneath the concave upper lateral cartilage in the midportion of the nose, and osteotomies placed in the nasal bones.

If your breathing is good and your concerns are strictly cosmetic the asymmetry may be corrected with a minimally invasive approach such as a small cartilage or soft tissue graft. Fillers can be used but that is temporary solution. You need a personal examination by a revision specialist.
