Will removing Alloderm graft from my nose bridge restore my nose to its original appearance? (photos)

2 weeks ago, i had an African American rhinoplasty with height added to my bridge and nasal sill excisions. The bridge was built up using alloderm. I hated the results b/c the strong bridge gave me a masculine look so my surgeon agreed to take it out at the 6 week mark. Will my nose look how it was before or will it being in there have changed anything?

Thank you for your question. While removal of the Alloderm graft in the early stage of your recovery can be performed safely, there is no guarantee your nose will return to its original state. Trauma from the first procedure can alter your appearance and you will not know how extensive the changes are until your nose heals fully. Make sure you are working with a board-certified plastic surgeon with ample experience in this procedure to ensure you achieve the best possible results.

Hello, Thank you for the question and provided photos&information. Graft, alloderm can be removed out in the early stage, however this will not make you return your original look as you were performed nazal excisions and they are healing as well. Best Regards,
