Hi kaijukristin, thank you for your question and sharing your photo.  It may be possible to further narrow the bridge of your nose by moving the nasal bones in closer.  In order to not affect the height of the bridge, you may need to have slight augmentation with some cartilage or other material to maintain the dorsal position.  Please discuss this thoroughly with your surgeon in advance so you are comfortable with the treatment options.  Best of luck to you!

Osteotomies performed in the nasal bones can accomplish narrowing the bridge line with a closed rhinoplasty approach.  All incisions are placed on the inside of the nose.  Revision rhinoplasty is more difficult than a primary rhinoplasty, therefore an in-person examination is going to be required.  It would also be helpful to obtain your operative report from the prior surgery to understand what was done by your first surgeon.
