I had rhinoplasty about 14 months ago. I like the shape, but I feel like the bridge is too wide still. I really don't like look of an upturned nose, and I like the look of a strong bridge. I also worry about having a kind of webbed look around my eyes if I remove too much bone. Is it possible to make the bridge of my nose thinner without making it lower?
