It’s very rare for filler to cause permanent changes in the skin. Filler can cause extra swelling for the first week or two after injection. After 4-6 months, the volume starts to disappear as your body breaks down the filler. There are injections capable of breaking down filler faster if you hate it, but if your injections are less than 2 weeks old, I would wait until all the swelling goes away before you decide.
Honestly, it is hard to remove dimples with filler. I suspect the dimples will return as the filler wears off. You could have the filler reversed using hyaluronidase if need be.
Perhaps Juvederm Vollure or Restylane in a smaller amount would have been better for you. If you are really unhappy than I would suggest you have the product dissolved. I agree that is so sad .. but stretching of the skin can take the dimple away ... or decrease it . But yes they will come back as the filler effect wears off . Also the filler can be dissolved to get the dimple back .

The tear troughs are a difficult area for injections with dermal fillers, and from your photo it looks like perhaps the filler here is too close to the surface of the skin. It may be worth waiting a total of two weeks since the top-up, and see if it settles down. What kind of...
