Hello, I have had a double chin since the day I could remember. I have recently lost 25 lbs and I still have it. I am 5’9 135lbs. I recently took Christmas pictures and noticed I almost have no chin/jaw line from my side profile. Help!!

Based on your photos, I suspect that you have some unwanted exercise resistant fat in your neck that may easily be removed with a 3 mm liposuction cannula. Procedures are performed with local anesthetic, and there is minimal inconvenience and downtime. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

From the limited photographs presented, you appear to have fat deposits located both above AND below the platysma muscle in your neck. Liposuction can only accomplish removal of the fat deposits above the muscle, which will be only minimally effective for you. You're going to need a surgical neck lift procedure to remove the fat compartments below the platysma muscle in the neck. This also includes a plasma plasty to significantly improve the jawline. No skin removal is necessary this can be done through a 1 inch access sensation underneath the chin.
