Based on photos, I would recommend a Minilift. This would address everything from below the eyes. It elevates the cheeks, tightens the nasolabial folds, and removes the excess skin of the neck. The main difference between Full facelift and Minilift is that is addresses the temporal area.

Thank you for your question and for attaching photos. The best procedure for you in my opinion is a full neck/face lift. This procedure will tighten the neck, the jowls and give you a more youthful and refined jaw line. A "mini" lift is really just pulling skin and does not last. I tell patients a "mini" lift gives "mini" results. What you really need is the bands in your neck tightened and the underlying structures repositioned and lifted. Your surgeon can then tighten the skin and really improve your neck and jowls. Make sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in facial rejuvenation and is an ASAPS member.
