For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. It is very hard to evaluate your result without preoperative photos to compare. Removal of 200 ml of fat from the neck is a significant amount and, I would expect, that must be some difference from preoperative condition? I would suggest waiting at least 1 year before next stage which, in my opinion, should combine liposuction with neck lift to shape your neck as much as possible. It would be best if your could loose some weight before that surgery. Good luck.
