Does having "ellevate" neck lift procedure create issues if you want to do a neck lift years later?

Ellevate ( neck lift) seems like a good procedure that has produced good results in those that have had it. ( including sometimes with necktite/ face tite). Does having ELLEVATE neck lift procedure create issues though if you want to do a neck lift years later ??? Although l note some people have done ELLEVATE after a previous neck lift
