I have this roll of fat (or at least that's what I think it is) on my neck, I've had it ever since I was little. I'm 18 and I still had it, always had it. I want to know if it's actually an extra roll of fat or if it isn't, then what is it? I also want to know ways I can get rid of it. My desired outcome is that my neck looks like a normal neck shape, I want to get rid of that extra roll: I also want to know what's the youngest possible age that's it's safe to undergo a procedure to get rid of it
Answer: Neck liposuction or neck lift This is very difficult deformity to eradicate! Although liposuction can create significant improvement, it may not end up with completely satisfactory result. Neck lift in some cases may be better option. Also, deep neck lines, that are significant part of this problem, are better treated with neck lift; injection of nano fat grafts (stem cells) into creases has shown promising result in our experience. Good luck.

Answer: I have neck fat/a neck roll. What can I do to get rid of it? Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. If in a physical exam of your neck this roll proves to be isolated fat then liposuction of the area should provide you a nice improvement. If excess skin then there are little options at improvement. Seek out a series of in-person consultations to get the best advice.
