I’m a 33 year old female and I have a lot of bags and wrinkles under my eyes. I can’t afford eye lid surgery so any other advice would be much appreciated

Answer: Under eyes Hello Bright159220! Dermal fillers in the tear trough would benefit your under eye concern. I also suggest adding PRP with the under eye filler to achieve a greater result. I highly recommend contacting an experienced injector in your area for a full consultation. Have a wonderful day!

Answer: Laser/energy based device There are two ways to help with lower eyelid skin. If there is significant amount of excess skin, then surgery can be done to remove the redundant skin. However, if it's the wrinkles (quality of the skin rather than quantity), then using some sort of laser/energy based device can help "iron" out the wrinkles. Based on your photo, it appears that you may be smiling or squinting your eyes, and I can not accurately assess if you have excess skin. When we smile/squint, we contract the muscle around around our eyes and cause wrinkles to form. This is called dynamic wrinkles. We unfortunately can never fully get rid of dynamic wrinkles, unless we completely paralyze the muscles around the eyes (which we would not want to do). I would definitely recommend going to an eyelid specialist or cosmetic dermatologist to further determine if you are a good candidate for laser/energy based device. Hope this helps!
