Answer: You may be a candidate for undereye filler Thanks for your question! While it’s difficult to fully assess you from your picture, you might benefit from undereye filler, which can help smooth out the area and minimize any hollowness. Be sure to book a consultation with an experienced provider, who can help create a treatment plan personalized to your concerns.

Answer: Filler or fat grafting Hi, based on your photo, if appears that you have hollow lower eyelids. It appears that you don't seem to have a lot of lower eyelid fat - which typically can be seen as "fat bags". If you have good amount of lower eyelid fat, this fat can actually be shifted to fill in to fill the follow, a procedure called fat repositioning. However, if you don't have fat, the only way would be to fill up the lower eyelid. There are generally two ways to do this. You can fill it with filler or inject some fat (fat grafting). Both procedures have possible risks. I would recommend against using too much filler in that area, as the skin is thin and you can get edema (swelling) from the filler. Hyaluronic filler, however, is reversible. Fat injections, because it's fat from one part of the body and placed in another, can be unpredictable. Generally we say about 50% takes or survives. This also has to be done very precisely, otherwise you may end up with lumps and bumps. I would recommend going to see an oculoplastic surgeon to see if which option might be best for you. Hope this helps!
