Can filler or PRP help fill fat atrophy from steroid injection?

I had a pain management doctor inject me above my eyebrows with steroids. I thought he was doing a normal lidocaine injection as that is what all other doctors have done. i would never have had steroid injected in my face as i know it causes atrophy. i had a head ache/ surgery done where they were able to replace some fat when they cut around the muscle when they did the nerve entrapment. Unfortunately, i still have atrophy on above above my eyebrows. can filler or prp help this?
