You would likely benefit from additional filler injected to the mid-face to fill in hollows and achieve more cheek projection. Restylane Contour would be a nice filler to consider for this. Yes to both questions. The filler has worn off and you are getting older. Treatment is filler again. The proper filler like Juvederm Voluma placed deep by an expert can last many years. So, make sure you see such a physician.
