Bags right above my mid cheek / under eye area - Is filler wearing off or is this aging? (photos)

Question

I got tear trough filler 12/20/2020. It made such a difference. I know it's been some time. I now have bags right above my mid cheek / under eye area. Is this the filler wearing off, aging? What do you suggest? I'm 35 for reference. Thank you!

Age-related volume loss in the cheek region can contribute to the development or worsening of under eye tear troughs and bags, the appearance or accentuation of the smile lines (nasolabial folds) and diminish the upper outer cheek projection needed to maintain the ideal heart-shaped feminine face. You would likely benefit from additional filler injected to the mid-face to fill in hollows and achieve more cheek projection. Restylane Contour would be a nice filler to consider for this. In my hands, I would inject with a cannula for the most gentle injection with little to no bruising. Please see a filler expert, preferably someone who is proficient in using a cannula to inject.

Yes to both questions. The filler has worn off and you are getting older. Treatment is filler again. The proper filler like Juvederm Voluma placed deep by an expert can last many years. So, make sure you see such a physician.
