Hello, I had my rhinoplasty a few months ago and the tip has not dropped at all. I learned that i had SEG (Septal Extension Graft) placed which maked my nose point really high. Can I check if tip derotation can be performed for patients who had SEG placed to keep their tip high?

You need to have a long chat to your surgeon, and find out exactly what was put where in your nose, generally if substantial pieces of structural graft are lost, you can expect both functional and cosmetic problems.
