I had a septorhinoplasty in 2022 that went terribly, leaving my nose frail, unstable, and still functionally obstructed. He appears to have removed my caudal septum, and I learned from a CT that a large part of my ethmoid plate is missing too. Meanwhile, the posterior septum is still deviated. What are the potential consequences of this? If I have revision, can they rebuild the bony septum? Help?
