When you cut into the nose for rhinoplasty is there any fat cells around the nose you cut through? And when you are taking temporal fascia from head for revision rhinoplasty do you cut through any fat cells there too? If so does cutting through fat cells damage them and make them not re grow?

As far as I can see from your photos After 6 months, the remaining bumps is permanently monitored, we never recommend nose filling, I recommend revision rhinoplasty as the permanent and most reliable method.
