Alar sill defect / nostril asymmetry, What would be the best treatment option? (Photo)

I underwent a botched unilateral alarplasty and lip lift which should not have been done. Thankfully, I had a rhinoplasty which helped with the appearance, but there is still an alar sill defect and nostrils are still a bit asymmetric. I’ve had fillers which helped, but results do not last long. I know cartilage is an option too. I’m curious what the best option would be? Are long term fillers an option? Thank you.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs alone, it is difficult to determine if this is a granuloma. It is Probably more likely that the swelling has continued to decrease in your tip and is now showing some contour regularities. I recommend that you seek consultation...
