Im looking to get rhinoplasty in the near future. I have a dorsal hump & large tip which I hate and are my main areas of concern. I dislike my nose from side profile partically my right side. I don’t hate my nose from front profile however I feel it is slightly wide & the tip comes higher on my right side than left, I much prefer the left side of my tip which stays lower when I smile. I’m not sure if this is caused by deviated septum. I’ve edited the last photo to show my desired result.

Answer: Rhinoplasty A dorsum and tip reduction can be achievable to reach the desired nasal profile.the nasal septum deviation if any will be corrected in the same procedure. The edited photo results although it can be achievable, a discussion through the consultation with a facial Plastic surgeon to discuss the possible changes and expected results is important.

Answer: Dorsal hump and bulbous tip: Dorsal hump and bulbous tip: as you correctly point out, you have a dorsal hump and bulbous tip with some over projection. These are standard features addressed during a routine rhinoplasty. Minor nostril asymmetry is common and may persist after surgery. You do appear to be a good candidate for a Rhinoplasty if that is your choice. If you have a deviated septum that would be addressed at the same time. The combined procedure is called a septoRhinoplasty. Whether you have a deviated septum or not could only be determined with an in person examination. Good luck.
